Have a read through the site pages, About and Services to get an understanding of how Smmash Fitness training works. Check out the different programs or special offers that are available to see what may suit you.

Step 2 

Think about what your goals are, a time frame in which you would like to reach your goals and what you are prepared to do to achieve it.

Please note, to bring a towel and water bottle. Shoes are not needed for Smmash classes which are performed on MMA mats.
